Tony flew to Newcastle to attend the funeral of Valerie’s mother, Mary Pearson.

While there Tony went to visit with Diana where his ancestors used to live in nearby Bedlington and they owned this pub

2008
Tony was back in the UK and staying with Diana and she treated him to a visit to Chelsea Football Club which he hadn’t been to for over 40 years
and this a photo of a model of the ground in the 1950′ and 1960’s when Tony used to watch every home match with his Dad , uncles Charlie, Jimmy and George and cousin Ray
It could have been this trip when Tony took Diana to 7 Hoylake Gardens in Eastcote where he was brought up and also to Lady Bankes Junior School and Bishopshalt Grammar School where we took photos
2010
In 2010 Tony was back in the UK again with Diana when a street party was going on at St John’s Hill

To where Luna Street once existed between the Worlds End Pub and The Thames in Chelsea and where the Bussicott family lived for many years at no 29.
A trip to St Andrews Church where his Mum and Dad were married on 3rd September 1939
Then a visit to one of his old haunts on a Friday or Saturday night back in around 1959 to 1963, the Prospect of Whitby Pub in Wapping
We also had a trip to see Don and Katherine in their houseboat
2011
In February 2011 Jo went back to see David and family
2014
We went back to see for the first time where Diana and John lived in Shropshire
2015
Sadly we had to make a trip back to say a final farewell to Uncle George who Tony had been close to all his life
It was quick two day trip and the only photos of the three cousins, Chris Bussicott (UK), John Evered (New Zealand) and me (Spain)
2016
and then a little fellow came along and the whole family got together and played croquet
and we took lots of photographs of our new grandson
2017 February Harley’s Birthday
We made the trip to the UK to be with Harley on his 2nd Birthday and lots of photos
2017 Christmas
and then to spend Christmas in Shropshire
2019 October
to meet Elsie for the first time at Pepperhill. Also Valerie, Roger and Doreen.
