The Rosie family came to stay in the Jardines del Sol apartment of Sean, where they have stayed before (it’s now up for sale which is a shame as it’s so convenient).
Back in January, John fell off their shed roof and broke both arms and an eye socket. A dreadful accident, and he wasn’t 100% when he came out with the family at Easter
Diana rushed him to hospital, and this photo gives you an idea of how bad it was
But he arrived withou the plasters and we had a great time with them all.
We all went on a goat trekking walk; the kids and John did some swimming, mostly in wetsuits, as it was still chilly, spent more time with Don and Katherine at their home, and often went to the Arenal beach.
Trips to the Brevis playpark and Javea market were squeezed in, as were, of course, many meals together. It was great to see them and the children a year older and certainly no less active.
